Оплата по этапам за оказанные Услуги производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Акта сдачи-приемки Услуг по этапу на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем. (При этом в случае получения Заказчиком счета Исполнителя позднее чем за 10 календарных дней до истечения указанного срока на оплату, оплата за оказанные Услуги осуществляется в течение 10 календарных дней с даты получения Заказчиком счета Исполнителя.)
Delivery terms:
Исполнитель обязуется оказать Заказчику услуги по «Оценке технического состояния активной стали статоров гидрогенераторов №7,14,16» (далее – Услуги) в соответствии с Техническим заданием (Приложение №1 к Договору), а Заказчик обязуется принять их и оплатить в соответствии с условиями Договора.
