This request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. We ask you to send a commercial offer with the maximum possible discount. Conducting this request for proposals does not mean that the choice will be made in favor of the winner. The choice of the source of supply will be made on the basis of the decision of the purchasing commission of Ural Steel Management Company LLC.

- The required price format is the formula C=LME (average value for the month preceding the month of shipment) -3.5%, US dollars/ton. At the exchange rate on the date of shipment.
- Buyer's option by quantity ± 10%. The quantity of products indicated in the purchase item is indicative, may differ from the quantity confirmed for purchase. Also, the quantity confirmed for purchase cannot exceed the size of pilot/pilot-industrial batches for non-industrial suppliers.

- Contract according to the buyer's form.

- Penalty requirements: in case of failure of the agreed delivery period, the Supplier pays the Buyer an unconditional fine in the amount of 20% of the amount of the specification to the contract.
