Payment terms:- The Buyer is obliged to
make a security payment in the amount of 10% of the contract value to the Seller's current account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract and invoicing
by the Seller

. The funds transferred to the account
of the security payment participate in
mutual settlements for the last shipment of the Goods and payment
of the penalty. In case of non-fulfillment by the Buyer
of the contract regarding the period of sampling of the Goods. The Seller has
the right to demand from the Buyer payment of a penalty in
the amount of 0.2% of the value of the Goods not selected on time,
for each day of delay. But not more than the amount
transferred to the account of the security payment.
