Ranking of bids

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: In the Procured items tab, there is a list of items and the quantity that is needed now. The Call for Bidding is not a one-time one, bids are received regularly throughout the year, I would like to find a partner to fix prices for 2024 with him and purchase these products from him. Delivery must be included in the price of the equipment. You also need to specify the cost (how much you have included in the price) of delivery separately (in the note).
