The TCP should be attached in 2 versions: on the letterhead of the organization with a seal and signature and in an editable format.

Preferred payment terms - within 60 days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of completed works.

It is mandatory to specify contact details (Full name of the organization, TIN, full name, phone number, e-mail of the responsible person) the validity period of the TAP, the duration of the work, the number of personnel and equipment involved, payment terms, attach confirmation letters specified in the invitation to the tender procedure, a reference list with experience in performing similar work.

When preparing the TAP, take into account the following costs (with VAT 20%): meals 698.80 rubles / person per day, accommodation 673.66 rubles / person per day, the cost of DT (if necessary) - 97.56 rubles /kg.

This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the procedure are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the procedure.
