1. Upload Commercial Proposals to the contest in two formats: 1. PDF with the seal and contacts of the contractor. 2. Excel. It is mandatory to fill out the application form to the Technical and Commercial Proposal (see the bidding documentation).
Mandatory conditions when submitting Technical and Commercial Proposals – cost, delivery time, terms and basis of delivery, payment terms, specify the manufacturer for each proposed nomenclature.

2. Required payment terms: 100% post-payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
