The device should provide three-dimensional observation and high-quality perception of the depth and contrast of the sample. The delivered goods are mass-produced, reflecting all the latest modifications to the design, materials and produced no earlier than 2021. The product must be new, not used, not restored, free from defects in material and workmanship, not modified, not altered, not damaged, without any restrictions (deposit, ban, arrest, etc.) admitted to free circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation. The Supplier guarantees that the delivered Product is manufactured in accordance with the standards, indicators and parameters approved for this type of Product, is not an exhibition sample; the Product does not contain reusable parts and components, is supplied in a package containing all the necessary codes and marks of the manufacturer, data on the name of the Goods, the appellation of the country of origin and the importer.
The warranty period for the delivered Goods is at least 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the Waybill, but not less than the period established by the manufacturer. Warranty replacement of the Goods must be carried out within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of the Customer's request to the Supplier to replace the Goods.
The Supplier shall deliver the goods to the Customer's address at his own expense, including payment of taxes, duties, customs clearance, insurance and other obligatory payments.
This price request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this inquiry procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil law obligations on the customer.
