Обоснование: 1. Поскольку все заявки участников признаны не соответствующими требованиям Документации о закупке, на основании пункта 7.7.11.2 Положения о закупке ПАО «РусГидро», признать от-крытый запрос предложений на право заключения договора по лоту «Модернизация корпора-тивной сети» (Лот № 1/152-ДИТ-2016-ИА) несостоявшимся.
2. Рекомендовать заказчику осуществить корректировку технических требований по данному ло-ту, с последующим инициированием повторного проведения закупки с исключением требова-ния закупки «только у субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства» на основании под-пункта б) пункта 5.3.5. Положения о закупке продукции для нужд ПАО «РусГидро».
