Comments:
The construction of the facility requires the supply of a modular fire extinguishing pumping station and a fire extinguishing system according to the questionnaire (see appendix). All products must be new and comply with the requirements of GOST specified in the Requirements Specification attached to the Bid Notice and this description.
It is mandatory to attach a product manufacturer's passport to each item to the bid for participation, or a rejection letter.
The target conditions for this request are pickup. The target delivery time is based on the availability of products from the supplier. Target payment terms under the 100% post payment agreement, it is also acceptable to make an alternative offer indicating other conditions.
According to this procedure, the customer has the right to announce rebidding.
The contract with the winner of the procedure will be concluded in electronic form in accordance with the customer's form.
In the Commercial Proposal, it is recommended that the supplier register separately the cost of the system elements. |
