1. Requirements
1.1 The Bidder's proposal must comply with the requirements of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the Requirements Specification), the norms and requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding this type of product, and have certificates of quality compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
When submitting proposals, it is permissible to provide an alternative solution for technical implementation while maintaining the functional and quality requirements for the Call for Bidding subject matter.
1.2. At the request of the Customer, within the time limits specified by the customer, Bidders must provide test samples
2. Purpose of monitoring:
The monitoring procedure is carried out in order to form/update the terms of reference, analyze the price range, as well as search for new potential Suppliers.
Based on the results of the monitoring, a Requirements Specification can be generated/updated and a tender can be announced to select a Supplier./Contractor/The performer.
Monitoring Bidders will be included in the pool of potential Bidders of the procurement procedure.
Monitoring is not a Call for Bidding procedure and does not entail an obligation to conclude a contract. It is not an offer.
