Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Supplier handed over the delivered goods, received the original invoice, invoice by the Buyer, signed the TORG-12 consignment note and received other documents stipulated by the contract. If the Supplier is a small and medium-sized enterprise, then the Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) working days after the Supplier has handed over the delivered goods, the Buyer has received the original invoice, invoice, and the invoice is signed. TORG-12 and obtaining other documents provided for by the contract.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
