A 30% advance payment is possible subject to the provision of an unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee. It is required to provide security for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract: in the form of an unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee of the proper performance of the contract in the amount of 15% of the contract price, as well as an unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee for the warranty period in the amount of 10% of the contract price. The subcontractor is obliged to open a separate bank account in the bank specified by the Customer for settlements under the contract.
