Comments:
1) The purpose of the work is to ensure the possibility of safe work on the roof of building 14, near the parapet part with insufficient height.

2) Terms of Reference - in the attachment. For additional technical information, you must sign a non-disclosure agreement on confidential information, attached, and send it by e-mail yulia.levova@gislaved.su .

3) Offers will be considered only from participants with a completed and signed NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement of confidential information) (see attachment);

4) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;

5) This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
