Legal entities are allowed to conclude the contract:
- carrying out business activities for at least 1 (one) calendar year;
- having revenue for the previous reporting period comparable to the amount of the proposed transaction (the transaction amount is not more than 50% of revenue);
- not having valid decisions of the Federal Tax Service on the suspension of operations on taxpayer accounts, except in cases where payment in full is made after the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subsequent payment);
- not in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требования к предоставлению коммерческого предложения::В приложенных файлах к настоящей процедуре находится бланк коммерческого предложения (Приложение № 4), который необходимо заполнить при подаче заявки.
Приложением к коммерческому должен быть подробный локально-сметный расчет с указанием состава работ.
Участник должен выразить в коммерческом предложение согласие с типовой формой по охране труда и промышленной безопасности Заказчика (Приложение № 3).
Участник должен приложить референц-лист с полным указанием названия организаций, где Участник выступал Исполнителем аналогичных работ, обязательно необходимо указать контактные данные представителя от организации, которая в настоящий момент эксплуатирует смонтированное Участником оборудование.
