Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:payment by bank transfer in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the date of payment in the following order
1. 50% of the contract value by bank transfer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the contract/delivery specification,
2. 50% of the remaining value of the contract by bank transfer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the documents confirming the delivery.

Comments:
• When filling out the bid, it is necessary to note the possibilities of working out a partnership related to the provision of insurance services by the Customer, indicate the insurance area of interest or other proposals for cooperation.
• If there is a difference of less than 2% between the price offers, the Customer reserves the right to pre-emptively conclude an agreement with the Bidder who is the buyer of the Customer's insurance products.
• A similar advantage will be provided when signing a declaration of intent fixing a bilateral partnership.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
