If the executor does not produce on its own purchase of spare parts, then payment is made within 25 (five) banking days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of works. If the Artist acquires spare parts independently, then payment must be made in the following order: the first part is the 30% down payment, the second part-70% within 25 (five) banking days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of works and provision of invoices
