Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Please note that for violation of the terms of delivery of the Goods, the Supplier pays the Buyer a penalty (penalty) in the amount of double the key rate of the Bank of Russia (per annum), which existed during the period of such violation, from the value of the Goods for each day of delay. The delivery time (dates and/or decades by month) is indicated in the Specification or in the bid sent by an official letter to the Supplier.

Proposals from companies that have not fulfilled the listed requirements will not be considered.
According to the results of the PO, the companies with the lowest price and the best deferred payment conditions (at least 97 k/days) will be recognized as winners, taking into account serial access.
The Call for Bidding of experimental and pilot-industrial batches is carried out on the basis of the economic feasibility of Call for Bidding.
Cooperation on factoring is being considered: payment of at least 120 k/days from the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse, specified in the SF or UPD.
