Requirement for the provided documentation:
1) After the deadline for submitting proposals, upload the following list of documents within an hour:
- final commercial offer;
- certificate of conformity / passport / document confirming quality;
- Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Lead Nitrate;
- container certificate;
- multimodal declaration (if any);

Product requirements:
1) The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 3 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
Packaging requirements:
1) Packaging - 1000kg MKR (MANDATORY CONDITION)
2) delivery in non-returnable containers. when submitting an offer, in the "additional fields" tab, it is necessary to indicate the cost for a container with VAT (MANDATORY CONDITION).

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,

Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
