Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Terms of payment by agreement of the parties on the basis of the contract. Preference is given to suppliers who have offered a payment delay of at least 60 days.
Delivery terms:The delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties. The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must specify a specific delivery time of the goods from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days / 30 days, etc.). The possibility of delivery of the goods in the shortest possible time after the conclusion of the contract is the advantage of the supplier when choosing the winner of the Call for Bidding.

Comments:
The VCS should include the following elements:
- video camera;
- Codec (a device for connecting to a conference system);
- a group of microphones;
- Microphone control unit.
The VCS should provide work on the H323 and SIP protocols.
The VCS should be able to organize video and audio conferencing using third-party applications based on the windows operating system.
The VCS should include a noise reduction system.
The meeting room table should be equipped with personal microphones for each speaker. The microphone must have an adjustable stand and a status indication (on/off). Number of microphones -22

The VCS must have the function of pointing the camera at the speaker when the microphone is turned on.
The VCS should provide broadcast of the presentation with audio and video accompaniment using a personal computer.
The VCS must ensure that the image is broadcast to the TV (installed).
Sound transmission is provided by means of an audio system built into the TV.


The indication of the manufacturer of the product as part of the bid is mandatory. As part of the bid, you must submit a passport or quality certificate for the product or provide a document confirming that certification is not required. The provision of a guarantee for products is mandatory (the offer must specify the warranty period). The goods are guaranteed in accordance with GOST / TU, the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The goods must be new, without damage, in a package suitable for transportation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
