Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!
We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance payment /post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract, work in EDO.
