| Payment terms: | Payment under this agreement in the amount of 100% is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the provision of all services provided for by the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1) and the parties sign an acceptance certificate for the work performed. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
