Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification) or at Russia.Tenders@Weatherford.com
2. The participants of this procedure MUST attach all the necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 60 days.
3. The cost of cargo transportation is provided based on the volume of cargo transportation specified in the appendix "LOT No. B-08-13-2023 (tender documentation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
