Payment terms:
Payment is made within 15 working days from the moment of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed for the Contractors related to Small and Medium Business Entities (SMEs); within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed for performers not related to (SMP).
Delivery terms:
Within 12 calendar months from the date of conclusion of the contract
Comments: We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Обоснование: 1. Признать запрос коммерческих предложений несостоявшимся на основании п. 10.18.2 (b) Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг – «по результатам рассмотрения заявок на участие в закупочной процедуре подана одна заявка, и такая заявка участника признана соответствующей требованиям закупочной документации».
2. Заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры АО Страховая компания «БАСК» Восточно-Сибирский филиал со стоимостью его окончательного предложения 109 203,51 руб. (без учета НДС), с условиями оплаты – предоплата двумя частями согласно графику: 60 000,00 руб. в октябре 2021 года, 49 203,51 руб. в ноябре 2021 года.
