• confirm the availability of a valid verification certificate (passport) of the Carrier's tanker issued by an authorized organization;
• confirm the presence of the driver's staff, in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated 01.06.2009 No. 290p, overalls, safety shoes and personal protective equipment;
• confirm the ownership/rental of vehicles that meet the requirements of the TOR for the transportation of light petroleum products;
• confirm the presence of a certificate of verification of the Carrier's tanker issued by an authorized organization;
