Payment terms:
1. Payment for the cost of services is made by the Customer transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account no later than 60 days after signing the certificate of services (works) performed, invoices, completed transport documents confirming the volume of services rendered and acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements.
20. The Contractor is obliged to provide waybills for the worked-out period from 01 to 10 of the current month in a period not later than the 15th day of the current month, for the worked-out period from 11 to 25 of the current month in a period not later than the 30th day of the current month, for the worked-out period from 26 to 30 (31) the date of the current month on time not later than the 4th day of the month following the month of service provision. If the 4th day coincides with a holiday or a holiday, the Contractor shall provide the indicated documents on the first working day following the holiday or holiday. Together with the travel sheets, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with duly executed acts of completed work, registers and an invoice under this contract for the reporting period.

1. Providing transportation services with a driver.
2. The presence in the structure of technical control services.
3. The presence in the structure of medical personnel for pre-trip and after-trip medical examinations of drivers.
4. The presence of the dispatching service, working around the clock, equipped with serviceable means of telephone and facsimile communications.
5. The Contractor provides the Customer with a range of services in full and on the conditions stipulated by the Agreement.
6. To provide services, acquire the necessary permits and passes, including one-off ones for transportation and towing of oversized and heavy cargoes for the right to travel on roads at their own expense.
7. Ensure the safety of cargo and equipment. In case of damage of the transported cargo and equipment of the Customer due to the fault of the Contractor and the downtime (unproductive work) of the links, brigades of the Customer arising in connection with this, the Customer has the right to charge the Contractor with a penalty in the amount of idle cost (unproductive work) of the drilling rig ) based on the cost of one hour of downtime. In addition, the Contractor reimburses the cost of repairing damaged equipment on the basis of documents confirming the costs of the Customer.
8. The Contractor is obliged at his own expense and using his own resources to ensure the installation of "instruments" of satellite control of vehicles, to the logistics department of LLC Management Company Tatburneft (for 3 workplaces upon written instructions from the Customer) of its own transport, as well as the Subcontractor and / or rented worker on Customer’s facilities in on-line mode, as well as in event log mode. Information on the operation of satellite navigation must comply with the established technical requirements of the Customer.
9. Willingness to comply with all requirements of the "Transport Safety" instruction (annex to the contract).
10. A guarantee for compliance with the requirements of the Customer in the field of HSE, compliance with legislation on the protection of the subsoil, the environment, natural resources, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, road traffic rules in the operation of equipment, as well as to ensure the safety of passengers during their transportation.
11. Obligations of the applicant to ban the direction of technology, as well as the driver’s staff without passes, spark arresters to the Customer’s facilities (if necessary, at the request of the Customer).
12. The time spent by vehicles in operation should not exceed more than 10 years for special equipment, consent to be checked by the commission of the technical condition of the vehicle fleet, and the technical audit of the enterprise.
13. Truck cranes, buses must be equipped with DVRs.
14. Unilaterally, the number of cars / hours may change in the direction of both a decrease and an increase (/ -30%) based on the needs of the Customer.
15. The possibility of using the declared motor transport by one-time requests for remote deposits or business trips as required by the Customer.
16. Provide replacement (repair) of the vehicle at the expense of the Contractor no more than 2 hours, excluding the time for the vehicle to be supplied from the Contractor’s main base, but no longer than 4 hours.
17. Submit to the Customer a list of officials within 10 calendar days from the date of the signing of this Agreement (indicating the position, name, contact phone number) obliged to arrive at the specified location at the invitation of the Customer and authorized to participate in commissions to investigate cases of non-compliance or improper fulfillment of obligations hereunder. In case of making changes to the list, within 5 working days, inform the Customer in writing about the changes that have occurred.
18. In case of application of penalties by Gazpromneft-Orenburg LLC and other Customers of well construction due to the Contractor’s fault, the Contractor shall reimburse the Customer for any losses incurred in connection with this in the amount of fines imposed.
19. The customer unilaterally, without notifying the Contractor, can change the cost of the lot downwards. 20. It is necessary to submit a commercial offer (Appendix No. 1) in excel format with an electronic address.
