In case of non-compliance with SL standards of deliverability to telecom operators, the Customer has the right to fine the contractor up to 20% of the monthly bill for services in case of non-compliance with SL.

The customer has the right to fine the contractor in the amount of 5% of the invoice amount for the reporting period in the absence of statuses for more than 0.3% of all communications sent.

The customer has the right to fine the contractor up to 5% of the invoice amount for the reporting period in case of non-compliance with the SL verification of message templates.

The customer has the right to fine the contractor up to 20% of the invoice amount for the reporting period if the deadlines for informing about changes in the requirements for message templates by telecom operators are not met.

Filling in and uploading documents is mandatory.
Participants can apply for both lots or one lot (TK, requirements and forecast needs have differences).

The participant must fill in and upload the B2B Center to the electronic platform (http://www.b2b-center.ru ) all documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP.

• Lots are indivisible.
• It is not allowed to submit proposals for individual components of the lot.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
