The Customer makes the payment for the services rendered on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor to the Customer, no later than 10 (ten) days after the signing of the Act on the provision of services

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
