Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered by the Contractor is made after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered, within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the Customer receives from the Contractor a complete set of documents, namely: invoice, act of delivery and acceptance of services, invoice and other documents provided for in the contract and confirming the provision and acceptance of services in the prescribed manner.
