We invite you to take part in the request for proposals for the provision of services "Car washing for the online hypermarket "Crossroads for the Future" (X5 GROUP)
The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid form-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).
The venue of the procedure is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru
Participation in this offer collection procedure is free of charge.
The request for proposals procedure will be carried out until April 26, 2024, 15:00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the extension rules (see clause 3).
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial proposal following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in the currency of the competitive bidding process without VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the Bidder must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the B2B E-Marketplaces:
