Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The insurer, upon registration of the policy, issues an invoice to the Policyholder for payment of the insurance premium. The insurance premium is paid in rubles by non-cash transfer. The insurance premium is paid by the Policyholder on the basis of an invoice issued by the Insurer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of registration of the insurance policy (one-time, one-time payment in full for the entire insurance period)
Delivery terms:Provide two types of cooperation:
1. Insurance contract for citizens traveling abroad
2. Agency Agreement

Comments:
The organizer of the Call for Bidding has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding procedure or third parties to whom such action may cause losses.
