Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1. License for the right to handle waste of I-IV hazard classes (collection, transportation, disposal) - if available

2. Technical conditions for products produced during recycling - mandatory

3. Technical regulations for products produced during recycling - mandatory

4. Certificate for products produced during recycling - if available

5. Report on the form of 2-tp (waste) for 2018 - mandatory

6. The journal of waste flow accounting for 1-4 sq. 2018 - mandatory

7. Contracts with enterprises processors, to which the products obtained during recycling are transferred - mandatory

8. Specifications of the processor company for the manufactured products - mandatory

9. Technical regulations of the processing enterprise for the manufactured products - mandatory

10. The certificate for the manufactured products of the processing enterprise - mandatory

11. Acceptance and transfer acts between the recycling company and the recycling company - mandatory - (specified in Appendix No. 1 to the TK)

EDS is not required

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
