Payment terms:Payment for services for the collection, transportation and disposal of drilling sludge, spent drilling mud and drilling wastewater is made within 120 calendar days, based on a signed Act of work performed, an invoice of the established form, a journal of work on the disposal of drilling waste, a test report of the processing product for compliance with technical specifications, or for compliance with controlled indicators of secondary waste to technical regulations (TR), a sampling act, a surveying survey of the processing product/secondary waste, as well as documents (copies of acceptance certificates, etc.) confirming the delivery of waste to disposal/neutralization, transfer of the disposal product to the end user.

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer attached in the PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION!!!

1. Work experience on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
2. Availability of licenses, permits, and other permitting documentation for the extraction, removal and disposal of drilling waste. (drilling mud, spent drilling mud, drilling wastewater) on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
3. The Contractor undertakes to equip special equipment with GPS trackers and, at the request of the Customer, provide data on the movement of special equipment.
4. Conclusion of a framework agreement.
5. The availability of permits for the use of drilling sludge disposal technology in the barn body is welcome.
6. The presence of a positive conclusion of the State environmental Expertise.
7. The ability to determine the fullness of equipment (availability of a calibration scale)
8. Density value for determining the mass of drilling mud, spent drilling mud and drilling waste (BS -1.6; OBR and BSV- 1.16)
9. Availability of accreditation at PJSC ANC Bashneft
10. Compliance with the standard requirements imposed on the contractor for the performance of waste management works (Appendix 5).
