The customer pays for the services performed on a monthly basis from the moment the parties sign the acceptance certificate for the work performed and present an invoice and invoice for payment within 120 calendar days, based on the volume of MSW and HBSW taken out by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
10. The Customer has the right at any time to check the quality of the work performed by the Contractor for the removal of solid waste and HBSW without interfering with the activities of the Contractor.
11. Mandatory accreditation of PJSC Orenburgneft and LLC Gazpromneft-Orenburg.
12. Mandatory acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer.
