Payment terms:
Non-cash payment.
Payment for services rendered is carried out monthly in the amount of 100% of the volume of services actually rendered/ works performed within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of Rendering Services/works.
Delivery terms:
12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract
Comments: This procedure for Requesting prices (Request for Commercial Proposals) is not a competitive bidding process, nor is it a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Customer civil obligations to conclude a Contract with the Winner of the Call for Bidding or another Call for Bid Bidder, as well as does not impose an obligation on the Organizer to compensate for any damage (losses) caused to the Bidder, or any expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with conducting or participating in the relevant procedures.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the scope, terms of delivery, delivery period, suspend and/or cancel this procedure without evaluating and/or accepting the received commercial offers, as well as compensating any expenses and/or losses of the Bidders, with subsequent notification of such suspension and/or cancellation of the procedure to all Bidders.
