Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer on a monthly basis, in a non-cash form, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account within 10 (ten) working days, based on the original invoice received by the Customer from the Contractor, issued on the basis of the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties for the services rendered.
The Parties can also agree on a different payment scheme by fixing it in the Annex to the Contract.
