Payment terms:7.1. Payment for Services under the Agreement is made within 30-45 banking days from the date of delivery and acceptance of Services by the Parties in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
7.2. Payment method under the Agreement: transfer by the Customer of funds in the currency of the Russian Federation (ruble) to the Contractor's settlement account. At the same time, the Customer's obligations regarding payment under the Contract are considered fulfilled from the date the Customer's bank debits funds from the Customer's account.
7.3. By agreement of the parties, payment may be deferred for 150 days.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the TOR.
The contract is planned to be concluded for 6 months.

This request is not an auction, tender or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the Winning Bidder are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the Customer exceeding those listed in the terms of the tender documentation. The Customer reserves the right to choose the Winning Participant by a collective decision of the tender committee, regardless of the results on the ETP. Accordingly, participation in the request does not entail any obligations for any of the Parties.
