This bidding procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for price procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!

If the samples of chemical reagents do not comply with the placed TTU, the participant will not be allowed to the next stage of the competitive procedures. In case of repeated inconsistencies, the participant will be included in the "stop list". .
