Payment terms:
The Agency remuneration under the Contract shall be determined in accordance with the list of works performed by the Principal under the contract with the client specified in Appendix No. 1 to the contract.
The remuneration is paid in rubles in non-cash order to the settlement account of the Agent specified in the Contract within ten working days from the date of signing the acceptance certificates.
Delivery terms:
The agent acts in the interests of the Principal on the territory of the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region.

- 15% of the total value of completed contracts for the reporting month, provided that more than 1,000 contracts are executed per month.
