Payment terms:Preference will be given to participants who have offered a non-advance form of payment, non-cash payment, final payment within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse.

Comments:
1. Application for participation in the tender.
2. Questionnaire of the procurement participant.
3. Technical and commercial proposal.
4. Certificates for the products provided.
5. Information about the list and volumes of similar deliveries (reference list).
6. Reviews of ongoing deliveries to other enterprises (at least 3).

 Qualification documentation is provided to the organizer with an application for participation on the electronic trading platform.
 The application for participation in the tender and the qualification documentation must be signed by the same authorized representative of the applicant, the signatures are stamped.
The powers of the applicant's representative are confirmed by the attached certified copy of the act of appointment (election) to the position of the head of the legal entity with reference to the charter or a power of attorney issued in accordance with the procedure established by law.
 All documents must be carefully drawn up and filled out legibly. Erasures and corrections are not allowed.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
