Lot: Development of the concept of the event for 650 people in the Summer Palace (Peterhof, St. Petersburg highway, 130 k 7, the venue has already been booked), the date of the event is August 16, with the development of an entertainment program / with the design of the venue / development of the scenario / holding the event.

The procurement procedure will be carried out in 2 stages.
Stage 1 - preliminary qualification selection
Stage 2 - request for prices/ offers. Collection of commercial offers and face-to-face protection with a positive choice.

As part of the 1st stage, the Bidder needs to: fill out a supplier questionnaire; provide a portfolio with relevant work experience (entertainment event for 600 people). The Bidder can submit a bid in full for the entire lot, as well as offer options for ideas and concepts.
Agency requirement: at least 3 years of experience in the event market.

This preliminary qualification selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
