Comments:
1. If your company is a dealer of a manufacturer, you must attach a certificate / dealer certificate, which will confirm the actual manufacturer of the product. In case of submission of false information about the manufacturer and / or the manufacturer's production site (during the selection process), the Supplier pays a fine in the amount of 50% of the contract value (additional contract term).
2. Attach your proposal in a scanned form on the letterhead of the organization with a signature and seal.
3. Fill in Appendix No. 1 without changing the order and number of lines, send it together with the signed technical and commercial proposal, a variant in Excel format. Mark the unvalued items / abandoned items in the general list, but do not delete them.
4. I ask you to rate the positions not as a general lot, but for each position separately, since the decision will be made at the minimum price per unit of goods.
5. This request contains all the available technical documentation, we do not have more information on this subject of procurement.
