ООО "ПППО" снимает с себя ответственность за недопоставленный, или поставленный сверх спецификации объем продукции. Заключение типового договора в редакции ОАО «АВТОВАЗ».
Решение о выборе поставщика по результатам запроса предложений - принимается Тендерным комитетом/подкомитетом ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» и сообщается в соответствии с регламентом ЭТП.
- Тендерный Комитет/ подкомитет ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» оставляет за собой право не признать победителем ни одного из участников.
