Участник должен соответствовать требованиям, предъявляемым законодательством Российской Федерации к лицам, осуществляющим оказание услуг, являющихся предметом закупки - наличие действующей лицензии Банка России на осуществление банковских операций.
В составе заявки Участник вправе предоставить Протокол разногласий к проекту договора по форме 5 к настоящей Конкурсной документации. Заказчик вправе принять предложения по изменению проекта договора в случае, если они не противоречат требованиям Технического заданная (в том числе любое из предложенных условий отдельно), и не приводят к ухудшению условия (требования) Заказчика в случае подписания договора на предложенных условиях.
