ü the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
ü invoices
but in any case, not earlier than the terms stipulated by the Schedule of performance and payment for work (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement)
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
