Auto-extension

Payment terms:terms of payment:
1) If the participant applies to small and medium-sized businesses:
with delay of payment no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate services rendered subject to the provision of Executive furnished in accordance with the requirements of the TAX CODE invoices. Calculations according to the contract shall be made in cash to the account Executive or otherwise not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Party does not apply to small and medium-sized businesses:
with delay of payment not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate services rendered subject to the provision of Executive furnished in accordance with the requirements of the TAX CODE invoices. Calculations according to the contract shall be made in cash to the account Executive or otherwise not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
