Payment terms:
according to Appendix No. 2 to the procurement documentation "draft Treaty" section 3 "cost and payment terms. In any case, the maximum payment term set-VAROV (performed works, rendered services) on the contract (from-phase model of contract), signed by results of procurement is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of execution of obligations under the contract (single phase).

The customer has the right to abandon the request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to participants in the request for proposals, or by third parties to whom such an action may cause damage.

Before the final determination of the winner of the organizer has the right to require any party to confirm its compliance with the qualification requirements. The refusal of the party from this procedure may be considered in procurement by the Commission as providing false information. The application of the participant, not meeting the requirements will be rejected.
