Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
The final payment for the Services rendered is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate for the Services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's account or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the services provided Stages is made, with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the rendered Service Stage, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
