Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed (services rendered) at the pilot testing stage, provided that the Contractor provides a set of documents:
- the acceptance certificate of the work performed (services rendered) at the pilot testing stage, signed by the Parties;
- design decision on the possibility of using products (specify the products) at Ivanovka CHPP-3 approved by the organization that has the right to develop design solutions (only to pay for the second stage of pilot testing, in accordance with the pilot testing program);
- invoices for payment;
- an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs. 5, 6 Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment is made by the Customer with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed (services rendered) at the pilot testing stage, provided that the Contractor provides a set of documents:
- the acceptance certificate of the work performed (services rendered) at the pilot testing stage, signed by the Parties;
- design decision on the possibility of using products (specify the products) at Ivanovka CHPP-3 approved by the organization that has the right to develop design solutions (only to pay for the second stage of pilot testing, in accordance with the pilot testing program);
- invoices for payment;
- an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs. 5, 6 Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation,
