The Contract is concluded strictly in the form of the Seller's EUF, it is not subject to adjustment by the Buyer!

The contract is valid from the moment of signing until 12/31/2025.

PICKUP.

The weight of the oil sold is determined taking into account the weight of the container (barrels, etc.).

The LOT IS INDIVISIBLE - The buyer purchases ALL USED OILS included in this lot.

The procedure must be accompanied by a license for handling waste oils (processing, neutralization, transportation, etc.). If the client is not an end user, documentation (license for handling) of the receiving party is required.

The volume is APPROXIMATE, tolerance +/- 50%.

The requirements for the conditions and order of work are reflected in the Terms of Reference (attached to the procedure).
