Payment terms:
Оплата товара производится покупателем с отсрочкой платежа 45 дней, с даты фактического получения товара на склад Грузополучателя, при условии предоставления Поставщиком оформленных в соответствии с требованиями НК РФ счетов-фактур. Организатор процедуры при рассмотрении предложений учитывает иной порядок и условия оплаты, предложенные Участниками.
Delivery terms:
•продукция поставляется в объемах и сроки, определенные в спецификации;
•доставка продукции должна быть включена в стоимость Договора;
•упаковка продукции должна обеспечивать ее полную сохранность, предохранять от повреждений при транспортировке всеми видами транспорта;
•стоимость упаковки входит в стоимость продукции;
•упаковка (тара) является невозвратной;
•Поставщик должен обеспечить доставку продукции на склад Покупателя автомобильным транспортом по адресу: 153012, г. Иваново, ул. Суворова 76, Ивановский филиал ОАО «ТГК-6», за счет средств Поставщика.
•продукция поставляется в течение 10 календарных дней после письменного уведомления Покупателя Поставщиком.
